About us
At Boyes Turner we believe in providing extra help to families quite apart from handling the legal aspects of the claim.
We therefore have a family support group special lives to enable parents to network.

We have an in house case manager to help with advice on non-legal issues. This has been particularly helpful to families trying to get the most appropriate help for their children.
We provide a service to families after a case has been won, either as formal Trustees of a personal injury trust, as professional receivers with the Public Guardianship Office and Court of Protection or as ongoing advisors to help when major decisions have to be taken where a family appreciates talking problems through with a solicitor with whom they have formed a trusting relationship over the years of a claim.
We approach clients holistically looking after all of their needs rather than just strictly legal. We stay in regular touch and ensure that wider issues such as welfare benefits and educational issues are addressed at the appropriate time including review and advice concerning statements of special educational need.
We are also acknowledged experts in the following related fields:
- High-risk obstetrics.
- Perinatal death (including stillbirth).
- Erb's palsy.
- Maternal claims resulting from inappropriate obstetric and gynaecological care.
