Compensation for Road Traffic Accident injury
Our client was involved in a serious road traffic accident whilst he was riding his motorbike. A car had crossed the white line in the centre of the road and it hit him.
The investigating police officer determined that the accident was our client's fault despite the fact that they had arrived at the scene after debris from the accident had been moved by bystanders and being informed that this was the case.
In the face of police evidence that our client was to blame for the accident, we secured supportive Witness Statements from bystanders and police and other emergency services logs and were able to negotiate a settlement resulting in a payment of £17.5k for our client.
