Personal injury claim - Genital piercing
We have recently been instructed to bring a personal injury claim following a genital piercing which did not comply with the claimant's request and has left her with psychological trauma and loss of sensation during intercourse.
It is expected that a claim will be brought in negligence and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
