£600k compensation for cyclist knocked down by motor vehicle
This personal injury case was on behalf of Mrs H, whose husband was a cyclist. The (defendant) driver drove into him and killed him in October 2004. The accident was fatal due to the severe abdominal injuries he sustained. Mrs H was widowed with three young children, one of whom was four and the others (twins) three years old. The whole family has been devastated.
